Relevance AI presents itself as the home of the AI workforce: a platform on which a company's own teams build specialist agents, with an embedded deployment team to help get the first ones live and train the customer's staff1. It suits companies that want to own the design of their agents rather than adopt ready-made roles.

Best for: Larger companies with an operations or revenue-operations team that wants to build and govern its own fleet of specialist agents.

Not the right fit for: Small teams that want ready-made teammates at a published price.

What Relevance AI does

The platform describes four levels of autonomy: assisted, copilot (where a person reviews the agent's output), autopilot and self-driving1. Governance features include human-in-the-loop approvals, version control, real-time monitoring, full agent tracing, cost visibility, role-based access, SSO and audit logs, with data residency and PII masking. It connects to more than 1,000 apps, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Gmail and Snowflake.

Its pricing page lists a single Enterprise plan, through sales, that includes unlimited agents, users and workforces, more than 2,000 integrations, calling and meeting agents, agent evaluations and a dedicated account manager2.

Published evidence

  • Qualified. Relevance AI reports a tenfold increase in output, $7M in pipeline in six months and more than 35 agents across the organisation. Vendor-reported.1
  • Zembl. Relevance AI reports 30% higher customer conversion and 60% faster average call time. Vendor-reported.1

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes named customer results, including Qualified, Send Payments and Zembl.
  • Governance is explicit: approvals, version control, monitoring, tracing, role-based access, SSO and audit logs.
  • Connects to more than 1,000 apps, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail and Snowflake; calling and meeting agents are part of the Enterprise plan.

Limits

  • Only an Enterprise plan is listed, with no published prices.
  • Your team builds and maintains the agents, which suits companies with operations or technical staff to spare.
  • Agents work through the apps they connect to rather than in a system the company owns.

Choose another option if: You want ready-made teammates you can start with this week, or a price you can see before a sales call.

Pricing

Not published. Enterprise plan through sales.

Questions to ask Relevance AI

  • What does a first-year contract cost for the agents we have in mind?
  • How much of the build does the deployment team do, and how much falls to our staff?
  • At which autonomy level do customers typically run customer-facing agents?
  • Can we speak to the Qualified or Zembl teams about their results?
